Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. 5. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Failure To Meet All Required Parameters Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.6 Act. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Delivery And Transport (At The Expense, Risk And Responsibility Of The Contractor) Of The Subject Of The Order To The Place Of Execution Of The Order, Transport, Unloading, Bringing In And Assembly In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party.7. All Materials, Products And Devices That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, And Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Quality Certificates.8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Specified In Applicable Polish Law And European Union Law, Has Been Admitted To Trading And Has Valid Documents Required By Law, Confirming Approval For Use In The Eu, As Well As Meet Other Requirements (Standards, Parameters). 9. The Contractor Is Responsible For Accidents And Damages Occurring During The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Assumes Civil Liability Towards Third Parties And For Random Events. 10. All Equipment Elements Requiring Assembly Or Assembly Must Be Assembled And Installed By The Contractor In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.11.
