The Subject Of The Order Is Successive Deliveries Of Diesel Oil, Taking Into Account The Option Rights - A Maximum Of 35 M3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Oil By Road Tankers To The Ordering Partys Warehouse At 8:00 - 15:00. The Road Tanker Must Be Equipped With A Verified Device For Filling The Overhead Tank With A Meter Measuring The Amount Of Oil Dispensed At A Reference Temperature Of 15°C. Transport Costs Are Covered By The Contractor. The Fuel Delivery Conditions Are Described In Annex No. 3D To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of July 10, 2024, Item 1018) And The Requirements Of The Pn-En 590 Standard Apply To The Supplies Of Diesel Fuel. Deliveries To The Ordering Party Will Be Settled And Invoiced In Quantities Measured At A Reference Temperature Of 15°C - The Amount Of Oil Specified On The Invoice Must Be Consistent With The Reading Of The Counter Of The Filling Device Installed Next To The Tanker.
