The Task Is Co-Financed From Funds Received From The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Kpo) For Investments In Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In Rural Areas (B3.1.1). Component B Green Energy And Reducing Energy Consumption. Specific Objective: B3. Adaptation To Climate Change And Limiting Environmental Degradation. Reform: B3.1. Contractors Submitting Offers Are Obliged To Familiarize Themselves With The Relevant Provisions Of Law, Acts And Regulations In Force In Poland, Which May In Any Way Influence Or Refer To Activities Undertaken In Connection With The Public Procurement And Following The Signing Of The Contract.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure Appropriate Equipment And Materials To Perform The Subject Of The Order On Its Own And At Its Own Expense.7. Contractors Submitting Offers Are Obliged To Familiarize Themselves With The Relevant Provisions Of Law, Acts And Regulations In Force In Poland, Which May In Any Way Influence Or Refer To Activities Undertaken In Connection With The Order And Following The Signing Of The Contract. 8. The Minimum Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party Is 60 Months. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Proposes A Warranty Period Shorter Than 60 Months Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With The Swz. 9. All Materials, Including Waste Generated As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Must Be Managed (Reused, Processed, Neutralized Or Stored) In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Environmental Protection Regulations (In An Environmentally Friendly Manner). The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Permit To Generate Waste. The Costs Of Production, Transport And Disposal Of Waste Should Be Included In The Offer Price.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer.11.
