The Samples Are Returned To The Participants/Contractor In Person, Against A Signature By Their Representative Courier, To The Address Specified For Correspondence. The Samples Presented By The Participants Will Be Examined According To The Following Indicators: - Presence Of A Trademark And The Year Of Conformity Marking On The Product; - Smooth Surfaces Of The Product, Without Sharp/Cutting Edges On The Body And Interior; - Presence Of A Uniformly Applied, Smooth And Hollow Coating On The Products; In The Event That The Samples Provided By The Participant Do Not Comply Of The Above Requirements, The Same Will Not Be Accepted For Evaluation. The Participants Declare In Form 1 Whether They Are The Manufacturer And/Or Official Representative Of The Offered Goods, And The Document (A Valid Authorization Letter/Contract With The Manufacturer) Is Required Under The Conditions Of Article 67, Article 112. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code.
