Quotations must be received, in sealed envelopes, no later than: 12:00hours on 30th January, 2026 . Payment to the supplier shall be made within 60 days from the date of receipt of invoice. 11. It is mandatory to provide Pictorial sample of items submitted. And this will form part of evaluation. 12. The detailed descriptions of the goods required are provided in table below.
