Closing Date: 02 February 2026 SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work entails the following: Supply and install invisible security fence Supply and install razor wire above fence Supply and install 4m double leaf automated sliding steel vehicular gate Supply and Install D5 Evo Centurion gate motor including all electrical supply connections (to include stainless steel protection casing/lock) and make it work. Supply and install manual vehicular double swing steel gate Supply and install single leaf pedestrian swing gate Paint Specification External Wall Painting Undercoat Prepare surface and Apply one coat of SANS 681/2007 emulsion based acrylic undercoat on to prepared external wall surfaces External Final Coat Prepare surface and apply two coats of SANS 1586/2007 matching color emulsion based acrylic external paint with mould resistance. Internal decorative paintwork Prepare surface and apply two coats of SANS 515/2003 matching color emulsion based acrylic external paint with mould resistance. Enamel paint (for metal surfaces) Prepare surface and apply one coat of SANS 681/2007 undercoat and finally two coats of SANS 630/2009 matching colors onto all metal surfaces.
