Tenders are invited for Consultant for Baseline Study ICC is implementing the Anti-Human Trafficking, Safeguarding, and Sustainable Livelihood Enhancement (ASSE) Project, planned 1 October 2025 31 December 2028, in Preah Sdach District, Prey Veng Province. The project works with Watch Teams, schools, religious leaders, civil society organisations, and sub-national authorities to strengthen child protection and safeguarding systems, reduce unsafe migration and trafficking risks, and enhance sustainable livelihoods for poor households. A baseline study is required early in project implementation to establish benchmarks, finalize the MEL system, and enable effective performance tracking and learning across the projects results framework.
