The Object Of The Procurement Is A Collaboration Platform For Information Exchange And Project Management Of The Collaboration Network. The Service Is Purchased For Use By The Nordic Chemicals Program For The Years 2026-2027. The Service Fulfills The Programs Goals Of Sharing Information And Promoting Cooperation And Interaction Between Nordic Authorities In The Field Of Chemical Legislation. The Desired Cooperation Platform Is A Temporary Communication, Discussion And Project Management Channel Between Tukes And Other Nordic Authority Organizations. The Collaboration Platform Is Used To Share Information, Edit Joint Documents And Communicate Current Issues. The Platform Should Also Enable Ideation And Management Of Projects. The Cooperation Platform Should Enable Networking In A Digital Environment And Act As A Communication Channel Between Authorities. The Platform Is Intended For Nordic Authorities (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Iceland And Finland). The Service Must Be Usable For At Least The Listed Agencies: - Finland: Tukes, Syke, - Sweden: Kemi, Naturvårdsverket, - Norway: Miljødirektoratet, - Iceland: Umhverfis- Og Orkustofnun- Faroe Islands: Umhvørvisstovan- Denmark: Miljöstyrelsen. For The Collaboration Platform, Purchase At Least 20 Licenses For 2 Years. More Licenses Will Be Introduced As Needed. A Maximum Of 80 Licenses Can Be Supported. Licenses Must Be Invoiced Monthly According To The Licenses In Use.
