The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Cutting Of Stone Paving (Slabs), While It Is Assumed That The Work Will Be Carried Out At The Premises Of Svsmp In Doubravecká Street In Pilsen, However, The Contracting Authority Does Not Rule Out The Possibility Of Carrying Out The Contract Outside The Aforementioned Premises, Depending On The Production Technology And Economic Model Of The Future Contractor. It Is A Historic Granite Pavement That Is The Property Of The Client. This Paving Will Be Modified According To The Clients Requirements. The Purpose Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement Pursuant To § 131 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts With One Supplier. Depending On The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Individual Public Contracts Will Be Implemented As Partial Implementation, The Implementation Of Which Will Take Place Separately. This Action Includes In Particular The Following Sub-Activities: 1. Delivery Of A Paving Cutting Machine To The Premises Of The Svsmp In Doubravecká Street (As An Alternative, Removal Of The Paving For Processing Outside This Premises And Subsequent Transport Of The Produced Paving, Including The Remaining Waste Stone Material – Cuttings – Back To The Premises) 2. Handling Granite Slabs 3. Wet Cutting Of Slab Granite Paving In The Svsmp Complex In Doubravecká Street (As An Alternative, Cutting Of Paving Outside This Complex) 4. Paving Edge Processing 5. Organized Storage Of Modified Paving. The Tender Price Will Be Set As The Price For The Production Of 1 M² Of Paving Processed In Accordance With The Definition Of The Subject Of Performance Stated In Article 8 Of The Tender Documentation.
