The Client Must Procure A Yoga Instructor, And A Fitness Instructor For Circuit Training, On Behalf Of The Ministry Community. There Is Also A Need For A Booking System For The Group Lessons. The Participants In The Group Lessons Consist Of Ministry Employees Of Different Ages With Different Physical Conditions. The Group Lessons Will Therefore Need To Be Able To Be Adapted To Different Skill Levels And Different Needs In A Good Way. It Is Assumed That In The Initial Phase There Will Be A Need To Complete 4-5 Hours A Week. As The Ministries Move Into The Building In Different Stages, The Need For Group Lessons Will Increase In Line With The Increase In Staff. Assumed Need Will Probably Increase, With The Possibility Of Up To 15 Hours A Week In The Long Term, But This Will Be Based On Demand And The Number Of Participants In The Classes. If Both An Instructor And An Additional Instructor Are Used In The Same Session, This Shall Count As Two Hours Of The Weekly Quota. Different Skill Levels Among Employees Can Lead To Hours Having To Be Divided According To Different Levels. In Consultation With The Supplier, It Shall Be Possible To Open Up Classes With A Larger Number Of Participants, Which May Entail The Need For An Additional Instructor To Assist The Classes. It May Also Be Relevant To Have Extra Hours Elsewhere In The Government Quarter. The Number Of Hours Mentioned Above Is Only An Estimate, And Is Not Binding On The Client. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is From Nok 2,500,000 Excl. Vat To Nok 5,500,000 Excl. Vat The Estimate Depends On Demand And The Number Of Hours Per Week, And Is Not Binding On The Client. The Duration Of The Agreement Is 2 Years, With The Possibility Of Extending 1 Year + 1 Year. For A Detailed Description Of The Delivery, See Appendix 1 To The Agreement. Guidelines For Access To New Government Quarter Have Not Yet Been Finally Adopted, And We Therefore Point Out That It May Be Necessary To Authorize The Resources Offered In Order To Be Able To Issue Access Cards.
