The Dike Improvement Projecttpmi Is Part Of The Flood Protection Program. The Tpm Dike Improvement Project Concerns The Improvement Of The Primary Barrier Over A Length Of 11.5 Km Between Ternaard And Peazens Moddergat, So That The Dike Is Sufficiently Safe In The Future And Meets The Standards Laid Down In The Living Environment Quality Decree In A Sober And Efficient Manner. The System Boundaries Are Roughly Demarcated By The N2000 Boundary On The Wadden Sea Side And The Ditch Profile Of The New Inner Roadside Ditch. The Ternaard - Peazens-Moddergat Route Is Part Of The Standard Route 6-4. It Protects Fryslân Against High Water In The Wadden Sea. The Route Of Approximately 11.5 Km Starts Between Holwerd And Ternaard (Km42.90 From The Waddenzeedijk) And Ends On The East Side Of The Village Of Peazens-Moddergat (At Km54.40). The Project Area Is Located In The Municipality Of Noardeast Fryslân In The Province Of Fryslân. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude An Integrated Contract Based On The Uav-Gc 2025. The Scope Essentially Consists Of Drawing Up The Final Design, The Implementation Design And Taking Up The Implementation On The Basis Of The Preliminary Design Drawn Up By The Client. The Aim Of The Contracting Authority Is To Contract The Most Suitable Contractor Who Will Complete The Assignment Based On Project-Specific Competencies, Expertise, Equipment And Distinctive Capabilities. The Result Is A Water-Safe Dike That Is Completed In A Timely, Sober And Efficient Manner, Safely, With As Little Environmental Nuisance As Possible, And With The Requested Quality. The Project Consists Of All Works, Supplies And Services That Must Be Carried Out Under The Agreement Resulting From This Tender, Any Additional Works And Services That Cannot Be Carried Out Separately From The Technical Or Economic Point Of View Without Significant Objections For The Contracting Authority, Additional Works And Services That Are Strictly Necessary To Perfect The Original Public Contract And Works And Services That Consist Of Repetition Of The Works Or Services Resulting From The Agreements.
