The Mrdh Is Preparing A Concession Contract With Which A Pilot For A Regional Public Bicycle Sharing System (Consisting Of Bicycles With Electric Pedal Assistance And Bicycles Without This Support) Will Be Requested. This Concerns A Concession Contract As Referred To In Part 2A Of The Public Procurement Act 2012. This Concession Contract (Hereinafter: Concession) Will Be Tendered At European Level. The Mrdh And The Municipalities Participating In This Assignment Wish To Give A Significant Boost To The Development Of A Regional Bicycle Sharing System. Prior To The Tender, The Mrdh Wants To Use A Market Consultation To Test Whether And How The Request Fits The Possibilities And Wishes Of The Market Parties. The Market Consultation Will Consist Of A Written Round And Individual Consultation Conversations. 1.5 Million Euros
