Tenders are invited for Supply of ICT, Telecommunication Systems and Surveillance Solutions. The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Nutrition is the Executing Agency for the Project, and the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Nutrition is responsible for the overall implementation of the project. The Project Coordination Unit (PCU) of the Ministry intends to invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of ICT, Telecommunication Systems and Surveillance Solutions, for Lot 1, 2 and 3 (Annex 1 includes the List of Items). The bidder may bid for any individual Lot or any combination of Lots. Bidders may Bid for one or more lots, as further defined in the bidding document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid: (a) Lot 1 - ICT Equipment (b) Lot 2 - Smart Televisions (c) Lot 3 - Servers for St. Jude Hospital The bidding process is conducted according to the procedures specified in the Procurement Procedures for Projects Financed by CDB (January 2021), as published on CDBs website, and is open to all bidders from eligible countries. Eligibility Eligible countries are member countries of CDB. Bidders are advised to review the relevant eligibility criteria detailed in Section 4 and conflict of interest provisions in Section 5 of the Procurement Procedures for Projects Financed by CDB (January 2021), as published on CDBs website. The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence including references from Purchasers to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirement(s): A minimum number of two similar contracts specified below that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime supplier, joint venture member, or sub-contractor between 1st January 2015 and bid submission deadline: 1. Lot 1 ICT Equipment: 2 contracts, each of minimum value USD 245,000 or proof of supply of similar equipment to an equal or greater value. 2. Lot 2 Smart Televisions: 2 contracts, each of minimum value USD 20,000 or proof of supply of similar equipment to an equal or greater value. 3. Lot 3 Servers for St. Jude Hospital: 2 contracts, each of minimum value USD 30,000 or proof of supply of similar equipment to an equal or greater value.
