Tenders are invited for Installation of Relief 500KVA/33 Transformer at ECWA Church, Pasali Road REQUIREMTNS: i. The company must be duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). ii. Evidence of last three years company Tax iii. The company must have VAT certificates iv. Company Profile v. Companys Audited Account for the last three years/last six months statements of account. vi. Evidence of Financial capacity from a reputable Bank including Bank reference letter. vii. ITF Compliance Certificate viii. PENCOM Compliance Certificate ix. NSITF Compliance Certificate x. Registration fee is payable to Kuje Area Council Account at First Bank. xi. Sworn affidavit at the High Court that none of your Companys Director(s) is involved in financial fraud. COLLECTION OF TENDERS Tender documents can be collected from the Logistics Office, Kuje Area Council, on the payment of Non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) only from 23 rd January, 2026. SUBMISSION OF TENDER AND PROPOSAL Completed Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelope marked confidential and addressed to the Secretary Tenders Board not later than 12.00 noon on or before 6th March, 2026. Opening of Tenders shall be by 12.00 noon same day in Kuje Area Council Secretariat Conference Hall.
