WFP Rwanda is seeking qualified and experienced service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of recurring services for the Country Office. The purpose of this EOI is to pre-qualify vendors who will be invited to participate in future competitive procurement processes for the following services: "Garage Maintenance Objective of the EOI The objective of this EOI is to identify qualified services providers capable of delivering the following services: Garage Maintenance Scope of the service required The selected vendor will be responsible for Garage Maintenance Services Preventive and corrective maintenance Mechanical and electrical repairs Spare part replacement Diagnostics and safety checks Eligibility Criteria Vendors must meet the following eligibility conditions: Be a legally registered entity with relevant licenses Proof of experience (at least 3 years of experience) Similar past contracts Key staff qualifications Financial capacity Submission Requirements In order to participate in the pre-qualification exercise, companies are required to provide the following documents: Copies of business registration certificates, tax compliance certificate and any other licenses necessary for the operation of the company Company profile Audit Financial reports for the past three (3) years Evidence of relevant experience Contact details and a designated focal point for further correspondence All supporting documentation listed above shall be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the EOI and submitted via email to
