Tenders are invited for Enlistment of a Consultant to Conduct a Comprehensive Review of the Performance Management System (PMS) Framework. 1. The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called Services): Enlistment of a Consultant to conduct a comprehensive review of the Performance Management System (PMS) framework. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 5). 2. The bidding document, bearing reference number FSC/IFB/2026/1151, can be downloaded from the Government e-Procurement System on https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the Government e-Procurement System by Tuesday, 10 February 2026 before 10:30hrs (Mauritian Time). 4. Consultants who have submitted their proposals online by the closing date and time, shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from Tuesday,10 February 2026 as from 11:31hrs (Mauritian Time) until Wednesday 11 February 2026 at 10:30hr (Mauritian Time). 5. The FSC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to the award of the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder.
