Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services to Upgrade/Improve Ventilation System in Central Flacq Market to Reduce Heat Etc. The purpose of this assignment is to: Review of the existing infrastructure and identification of the needs. Collection of data from site observations, local traders and other relevant sources; Study on sustainable and feasible solution to Improve Ventilation System in Central Flacq Market to Reduce Heat. Re -design of the Electrical Network and lighting System. Architectural Design of the frontage of the market Architectural Design for upgrading of the market including covered shelter near food court, improvement if any in the waste water disposal system. Provide sustainable and feasible solution for the roof leakage including Re -design the Rain water pipe. Preparation of technical specifications, bill of quantities, complete bid document and drawings required for tender and post-construction (AS MADE Drawings); Preparation and submission of preliminary and detail design report.
