Development Culture and Leadership (DCL) is a Lebanese NGO serving vulnerable communities through educational, humanitarian and development programs in coordination with local and international partners. In line with its commitment to transparency, efficiency, and accountability, DCL invites qualified and experienced transportation service providers to submit their bids for the transportation of oil and rice in accordance with the tender requirements and specifications. How to apply Interested service providers are requested to submit administrative, technical, and financial proposals in accordance with the conditions detailed in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document.
