The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Ordering Party, Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Consisting In The Implementation Of The Order Called Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room In The Prison In Rawicz In The Design And Build Formula.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Functional And Utility Program Is Constituted As Annex No. 3 To The Swz.3. As Part Of This Investment Task, The Contractor Will: 3.1 Prepare The Necessary Design Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Taking Into Account The Requirements Arising From Them, 3.2 Perform Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Developed By Him, 3.3 Prepare As-Built Documentation And Obtain The Necessary Permits, As Well As Notify The District Supervision Inspectorate Construction In Rawicz About The Completion Of Construction.
