And Domestic Hot Water By Adapting The Installation To Connect To A Heat Pump - Disconnection Of The Existing Heat Source (Gas Boiler) In The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Chludów And Liquidation Of The Existing Heat Source (Gas Boiler) For The Volunteer Fire Department In Zielątkowo, - Delivery And Installation Of Two Garage Doors With A Coefficient U = 1.1 W/M2k (Only For The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Zielątkowo), - Submission Of As-Built Documentation And Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Prepared By Persons With The Following Qualifications: A) Design In The Construction And Construction Industry, Having Valid Qualifications To Design In The Construction Industry Without Restrictions And Having At Least 5 Years Of Experience Counted From The Date Of Obtaining The Appropriate Qualifications, B) Design In The Electrical Industry, Having Current Authorizations To Design Without Restrictions And Having At Least 5 Years Of Experience Counted From The Date Of Obtaining The Appropriate Authorizations, C) Design In The Sanitary Industry, Having Current Authorizations To Design In The Sanitary Industry Without Restrictions And Having At Least 5 Years Of Experience Counted From The Date Of Obtaining The Appropriate Authorizations, - And Execution Of All Works Required And Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Subject Of The Order, Described In Detail In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2.
