The Ordering Party Informs That Where In The Swz And Its Annexes It Has Described The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, The Ordering Party Allows A Solution Equivalent To The One Described, Provided That Their Properties And Quality Are No Worse Than Those Indicated. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Prove In Its Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Extent.
