When Executing The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use Only Products Approved For Use In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) And The Construction Products Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And Other Regulations, If Applicable.4.3. Materials For The Execution Of The Order Should Be Of A Category And Quality Not Lower (Equivalent) Than Those Indicated In The Tor And Its Annexes.4.4. The Contractor Is Responsible For Waste Generated In The Course Of Its Own Work And For The Appropriate Manner Of Handling It, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012.
