The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reclamation And Development Of Post-Excavation Water Reservoirs And Green Areas For Rainwater Retention Purposes In The City Of Wiskitki In The Design And Build Formula According To The Attached Documentation (Mainly The Functional And Utility Program). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Following Documents: This Swz, Contract Template - Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex 2 To The Swz. Additional Information To The Fup Is An Optional Annex To The Ffu And The Contractor Does Not Have To Rely On It During Design Work. The Ordering Party Has Included Annexes To The Fup In Order To Make It Easier For Contractors To Understand The Assumptions And Goals (Vision) Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Take An Active Part In The Contractors Design Work, And The Parties Will Be Obliged To Cooperate At Every Stage Of The Implementation Of The Agreement.
