1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Successive Supply Of Cleaning Products For The Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University (Excluding The Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum)2. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of Ordered Items Contained In This Tor And Its Annex Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Adjust The Number Of Ordered Articles To Current Needs (I.E. Increase Or Decrease The Quantities Given In Individual Items Of The Assortment And Quantity List) Within The Financial Resources Allocated For The Implementation Of The Order In Question. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Fulfilling Additional Orders Or Other Products During The Term Of The Agreement. The Ordering Party Declares That At Least 75% Of The Value Of The Agreement Will Be Used Under The Agreement. The Value Of A Single Order Will Not Be Less Than Pln 60 Gross.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With A Description Of The Minimum Parameters And Technical And Functional Requirements Is Included In Annex A To The Swz.
