The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase And Delivery, And If Assembly Is Necessary, Assembly, Of Furniture Equipment Described In Detail In Annex 1A To The Swz - Detailed Delivery Specification. 2) Furniture Equipment Delivered Under This Order Must Be New, Unused, Free From Defects, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel And Made Using Safe Technologies. 3) The Furniture Equipment Offered By The Contractor Must Have A Certificate Of Compliance With Eu Requirements, Current Safety Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out In Applicable Law And Have The Ce Mark - If The Offered Equipment Requires It. 4) Folding Goods Or Goods With A More Complex Structure Should Have Instructions For Use In Polish And A Warning About Hazards. 5) Furniture Equipment Must Have Appropriate Approvals, If Required By Law, 6) Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates, Etc. For Products Will Be Attached To The Goods That Are The Subject Of The Offer Along With The Delivery. 7) A 2-Year Warranty Period Will Be Granted For The Delivered Furniture Equipment. 8) Ensuring Transport, Unloading And Bringing In The Delivery (Offered Furniture Equipment) To The Premises Of Nursery No. 10 In Kędzierzyn-Koźle During Working Hours, After Prior Telephone Arrangement Of The Date And Place Of Delivery And Ensuring The Assembly Of Furniture Equipment That Requires Such Assembly.9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description In Terms Of Quality, Functionality And Safety Included In Annex 1A To The Swz - Detailed Delivery Specification2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 A To The Swz - Detailed Specification Of Supplies, Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Published In Electronic Version On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz.
