Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Successive Deliveries Of Sparkling And Non-Carbonated Mineral Water. In Pet Packaging Of 0.5 Liters And 1.5 Liters For The Provincial Police Headquarters In Katowice And Local Units Of The Silesian Police Garrison, Cbśp, Bswp And Cbzc

The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Subsequent Deliveries Of Mineral Water For The Kwp In Katowice, Local Units, Cbśp, Bswp And Cbzc: Mineral Water In Pet Packaging In Estimated Quantities: A) 0.5 Liter Still Mineral Water - 25,920 Pieces; B) 0.5 Liter Carbonated Mineral Water - 25,920 Pieces; C) 1.5 Mineral Water Liters Still - 114,240 Pieces; D) Mineral Water 1.5 Liters Carbonated - 114,240 Pieces. The Quantities Of The Product Indicated Above Do Not Constitute An Obligation, However, The Ordering Party Sets A Minimum Level Of Implementation Of 80% Of The Quantity Of The Product Indicated In Point 1.1. A-D Of The Swz. Scope Of The Option: A) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Pursuant To Art Public Procurement Law In Terms Of Increasing The Quantity Within The Same Financial Resources. B) The Quantity Of The Ordered Product Range Under The Option Will Result From The Offered Gross Unit Price And The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate For The Execution Of The Order, I.E. The Difference Between The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate For The Execution Of The Order (Pln 489,024.00 Gross) And The Offered Unit Price. C) Mineral Waters Purchased Under The Option Right Will Be Identical To Waters Minerals Offered As Part Of The Basic Order. D) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Performance Of Part Of The Order Under The Option Right Is An Entitlement, Not An Obligation, Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Not Exercise The Option Right, Exercise It To Any Extent, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. E) If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Assortment Delivered Under The Option Will Be Settled At The Same Unit Prices As For The Basic Order. F) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right On Time. Validity Of The Contract.G) If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Notified In Writing, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement It, Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract.1.3.
