The Subject Of The Order Is Year-Round Performance Of Works Related To Maintaining Cleanliness In The City And Commune Of Nowa Sarzyna And Maintaining Greenery In The City Of Nowa Sarzyna In 2026.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Maintaining Cleanliness In The City And Commune Of Nowa Sarzyna; 2) Maintaining Green Areas - Mowing Lawns In The City Of Nowa Sarzyna; 3) Maintaining Green Areas - Caring For Trees And Shrubs In The City Of Nowa Sarzyna. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Cleaning Streets And Adjacent Parking Lots, Sidewalks, Squares, Paved Areas, Green Areas, Squares, Unpaved Areas; 2) Mowing Lawns And Trimming Hedges, Bushes And Trees (Taking Into Account The Nature Protection Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13); 3) Emptying Waste Bins In The City And Commune; 4) Maintaining Signs Advertisements Owned By The City.4. Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Areas Covered By The Order Involves Removing Waste, Such As Leaves, Garbage, Mud And All Kinds Of Impurities, And In The Case Of Sidewalks, Also Removing Grass And Weeds And Cleaning Up Sand After Winter. Lawns Should Be Mowed At Least Once A Month During The Season - If Necessary, Trimming Of Bushes And Trees Will Be Carried Out Twice A Year. The Frequency Of Cleaning, Mowing And Trimming Should Correspond To The Actual Needs Resulting From The Use Of The Areas In Order To Keep Them In Good Order And Order, Adapted To The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, I.E. - Paved Areas (Sidewalks, Passages And Pedestrian Routes) Must Be Swept Depending On Current Needs, - Sidewalk Curbs Must Be Desilted On An Ongoing Basis. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Occasional Mowing Of Green Areas Covered And Not Covered By Permanent Care And Additional Cleaning (Including Additional Sweeping Of Streets, Adjacent Sidewalks And Parking Lots, Weed Cleaning) Related To The Organization Of Special Events In The Commune Of Nowa Sarzyna Or National Holidays, As Well As Other Works Accompanying The Works Described In The Subject Of The Order. During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dispose Of The Collected Waste.
