1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Psychological Counseling Services, Including Individual And Group Meetings For Elderly And Dependent People Of A Diagnostic And Supportive Nature. Psychological Counseling Is Intended To Help Acquire The Ability To Overcome Life Difficulties. Psychological Counseling Is Dedicated To Older People Who Are Experiencing Various Types Of Crises And Who Have Trouble Adapting To New Circumstances, Especially Changing Life Situations. Counseling Will Focus On Diagnosis, Referral To Specialists, Learning Assertiveness And Communication. Therefore, We Anticipate That Individuals May Benefit From Counseling Over A Longer Period Of Time Rather Than On A One-Time Basis. It Is Assumed That The Support Will Benefit At Least: 100 People, Including Disabled People. 2. Psychological Counseling For People Who Need Support In Everyday Functioning Should Be Tailored To The Individual Needs Of Seniors In Tomaszów, Participants Of The Tomaszów Center For Environmental Services Project, Implemented By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Tomaszów Mazowiecki.3. Contractors Who, In Accordance With The Definition Contained In The Guidelines On The Eligibility Of Expenditure For 2021-2027 Of November 18, 2022, May Apply For The Implementation Of The Order: A Natural Person Who Is Not The Project Staff, A Legal Person Or An Organizational Unit Without Legal Personality, Which Offers The Performance Of Construction Works Or A Building Facility, The Supply Of Products Or The Provision Of Services Or Applies For The Award Of A Contract, Has Submitted An Offer Or Concluded A Contract For The Contract In Project Implemented Under The Program Who Has The Necessary Knowledge And Experience To Perform The Order Or Has Persons Who Meet The Requirements Specified In This Swz.4. This Order Is Intended To Select An Entity/Natural Person(S) Who Will Provide Direct Psychological Counseling Services For 40 Hours Per Month, In The Period From February 2026 To December 31, 2026. Total Time Of The Service Provided During The Contract Implementation Period: 440 Hours (40 Hours X 11 Months = 440 Hours).5. In The Case Of An Entity - Health Care Services May Only Be Outsourced To Entities Performing Medical Activities Authorized To Do So Under Generally Applicable Law.6. In Accordance With The Requirements, The Provision Of Psychological Counseling Services To People In Need Of Support In Everyday Functioning, Tailored To The Individual Needs Of The Project Participants Tomaszów Center For Community Services In Day Care Homes And In The Senior Club, May Be Provided Directly By A Person With Appropriate Education Entitling Them To Work As A Psychologist. 7. The Scope Of The Basic Duties Of The Contractor Includes: A) Identifying The Resources And Needs Of Project Participants In The Field Of Psychological Support; B) Supporting Project Participants In Solving Current Mental And Health Problems.
