1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel (High-Methane Gas Of Group E), Including Sales And Provision Of Distribution Services To The Installation Located In The Newly Constructed Building Of The Public Kindergarten No. 2 Leśny Zakątek In Ząbki, Located At Ul. Batorego 37A In Ząbki - Under The Terms Set Out In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266), Hereinafter Referred To As Energy Law, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations Relating To The Above-Mentioned The Act, The Principles Specified In The Licenses And Other Generally Applicable Regulations.2. The Total Estimated Amount Of Gas Fuel That Will Be Supplied During The Duration Of The Order Is 660,000 Kwh. The Amount Of Fuel Given Is An Estimated Value Based On Current Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Fuel By The Ordering Party. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
