Together With The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Documentation Regarding The Tractor: The Operating Manual And Other Documents Such As Approvals, Certificates, Spare Parts Catalog, Etc. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The Tractor To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Offered Vehicle Is Not Older Than 2022, Intended For European Countries And Right-Hand Traffic, Meeting The Requirements Of A Vehicle Approved For Driving On Public Roads In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Relation To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 3 To The Swz) And A Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 4 To The Swz).
