Approximate Usable Area: 1,200 M2, 3-Story Building, Complete Basement. The Project Also Concerns The Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Kitchen And Sanitary Passages. Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation For The Kitchen And Back Rooms (As Required). A Technological Project Should Also Be Carried Out To Replace Kitchen Appliances And Improve Ventilation In The Building.
