Zachodnia In The Town Of Nowy Krępiec, Including The Construction Of A New Internal Road Structure And The Construction Of New Regular Exits And Reconstruction Of The Existing Ones. The Investment Includes An Internal Road - Ul. Zachodnia - 264.24 M Long, Starting At The Working Distance 0+000.00 Designated At The Intersection Of The Designed Axis With The Asphalt Surface Of The Connection To The Municipal Road No. 105531 L - Ul. Skośna And The End At Km 0+264.24 Defined At The Intersection Of The Designed Axis With The Border Of The Internal Road.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works, Including: Determination Of The Route And Height Points, Demolition Of Road And Street Elements, 2) Earthworks, Including: Excavations In Soil Categories Iii-Iv, 3) Drainage Of The Road Body, 4) Construction Of The Substructure, 5) Construction Of Asphalt Concrete Surfaces, 6) Finishing Works.3. The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract (Annex No. 10 To The Swz).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.5. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Is Obliged To Base The Offer Valuation On The Scope Of Works Specified In The Design Documentation Referred To In Section 4 Points 1) And 2). The Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature Only. The Performance Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or In Quantities Larger Than Those Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute A Basis For Demanding Additional Remuneration, Provided That These Works Result From The Design Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Quantity Of Works Based On The Design Documentation. Deficiencies In The Bill Of Quantities Regarding Work Necessary To Complete The Order In Accordance With The Design Do Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration.
