The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 6,000 Tons Of Sand (A Mixture Of Gravel And Sand) For The Indicated Sections Of Gravel And Dirt Roads In The Moniecki Poviat. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Sand With A Grain Size Of 0/31.5 Mm. The Delivered Sand Must Meet The Requirements Of The Standards And Have The Approvals, Certificates Or Quality Certificates Required By Law. The Gravel Must Come From A Legally Operating Gravel Pit. The Contractor Must Have A License To Extract Aggregates Or A Written Declaration From Another Entity To Provide This Material. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Confirmation That The Delivered Company Meets The Requirements Of The Standards And Has The Approvals, Certificates Or Quality Certificates Required By Law. In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Delivered Product, The Ordering Party May Have It Tested Within The Scope Of The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
