The Dr. Marco Chamorro Iglesias De Porvenir Hospital Requires To Acquire The Technical Management Support Service For The Dialysis Unit Of The Porvenir Hospital For A Period Of 12 Months. The Objective Is To Collaborate In The Process Of Implementing The Unit In Its Technical And Administrative Aspects, Ensure Its Correct Functioning And Provide Nephrology Care To Patients On A Monthly Basis. It Is Required To Acquire The Specialized Service To Comply With Decree No. 45. This Hospital Will Have A Dialysis Unit Equipped With Two Hemodialysis Monitors, Which Will Allow Care To Be Provided To All Adult Patients Who Are Referred To Said Unit. However, The Clinical Operation Of The Unit Is Subject To The Technical Direction Of A Doctor Specializing In Nephrology, In Accordance With Current Regulations. For This Reason, It Is Not Possible To Perform Dialysis Treatments On Patients Until There Is Formally A Nephrologist Technical Director, Responsible For Supervising And Authorizing Hemodialysis Procedures And Ensuring The Safety And Quality Of Care For Patients With Kidney Disease Who Require This Service. The Service Of A Subspecialty Medical Professional Nephrologist Or Doctor Specializing In Internal Medicine With At Least 6 Months Of Practical Training In Dialysis, Duly Certified, Who Has The Training, Experience, Specialization And Technical Knowledge, Is Required. The Professional Who Provides The Service In The Role Of Technical Director For The Dialysis Unit Must Be Trained To Indicate, Supervise And Adjust The Treatment Of Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease. Their Intervention Guarantees Patient Safety, The Quality Of Treatment And The Coordination Of The Multidisciplinary Team. Furthermore, Your Participation Is A Requirement For The Authorization And Operation Of These Services, Ensuring Compliance With Health Regulations And Comprehensive Patient Care.
