Tenders Are Invited For Steam Connection For The Dobrovodská Multi-Purpose Building

The Subject Of The Contract Is Partly The Optimization Of The Existing Steam Pipe Connection In The Existing Route And Partly The Implementation Of A New Steam Pipe Connection For Supplying The Multi-Purpose Building With Thermal Energy. The Proposed Steam Pipe Connection Is Dn 50/40 And, In The Part Related To The Repair Of The Existing Line, Will Be Placed In The Existing Steam Pipe Channel With A Route Length Of 50 Bm, And The New Steam Pipe Connection Is Dn 50/40 And Will Be Planted From The Existing Steam Pipe Line And Made Using Ductless Technology From Certified Pre-Insulated Pipes With A Route Length Of 26.5 Bm. The Contract Also Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of All Components Given By The Project Documentation, Which Was Prepared By Ing. Šárka Francová. Part Of The Contract Also Includes Surveying Activities Consisting In Setting Out The Construction Before Its Commencement, Surveying The Actual Design, Including The Preparation Of The Appropriate Number Of Geometric Plans As A Basis For Depositing The Right Of Easement In The Real Estate Cadastre, And Setting Up The Construction Site On Site According To Your Discretion And Discussion With The Land Owner. The Project Of The Traffic Engineering Measure Is Part Of The Tender Documentation And Its Fulfillment And Implementation Is Ensured By The Bidder During The Construction Period. The Dio Project, Which Was Processed By The Client, Is Binding. Payment Of The Occupation For The Special Use Of Roads And Affected Areas During The Construction Of The Steam Connection Will Be At The Expense Of The Applicant.
