The Assignment Described In This Tender Procedure Concerns The Large-Scale Renovation Of The Rotterdam Central Library, Located At Hoogstraat 110 In The Center Of The Municipality Of Rotterdam. The Building, Originally Completed In 1983 And With A Gross Floor Area Of ​​Approximately 23,000 M², Is A Recognizable And Intensively Used Public Building. The Renovation Includes The Complete Replacement Of The Technical Installations, Facades And Interior Design.
