The Object Of The Procurement Is Glazing Work Related To The Renovation And Vandalism Of Properties In The South Karelia Region. When Performing Glazing Work, It Must Be Taken Into Account That The Objects Are Mainly Public Buildings, Where The Glass Must Meet The Safety Requirements In The Objects According To The Regulations. The Procurement Is Divided Into Sub-Areas As Follows:1. Glazing Works2. Float 1 K Glass Prices3. Prices Of Insulating Glass Elements4. The Price Of Tempered And Laminated Glass, Acrylic And Polycarbonate Products Must Be Offered By The Tenderer For All Areas. Partial Bids Within Sub-Areas Are Not Accepted. The Basis For Selection Is The Most Economically Advantageous Offer That Meets The Suitability Requirements And The Criteria Set In The Request For Tenders. The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is The One With The Highest Total Points In Sub-Areas 1, 2, 3 And 4. Based On The Tender, A Maximum Of 2 Framework Contract Suppliers Will Be Selected. Glazing Works Are Generally Carried Out On Weekdays During Normal Working Hours From 7:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. If Necessary, The Selected Provider Will Measure The Glass And Protect The Glazing Object With E.G. Plywood Before Installing The Glass At The Hourly Price Given At The Customers Request. The Provider Will Take Care Of Cleaning And Removing The Dirt And Waste (Glass Fragments, Etc.) Caused By The Glazing Work. The Tenderer Must Comply With All Valid Regulations (Waste And Environmental Protection Act, Etc.) When Removing And Processing Waste And Note That The Responsibility For Waste Management Lies With The Tenderer Himself. Regarding The Waste Glass Accumulated From The Clients Glazing Work Order, The Provider Can Charge The Client A Waste Fee Of €/Kg According To The Actual Implementation. The Client Does Not Commit To Any Order Or Purchase Quantity, Because The Amount Of Future Work Is Not Known In Advance. Tasks Are Not Identified. Orders Are Made As Needed And Within The Budget. In Exceptional Cases, The Customer Reserves The Right To Bid For Some Special Individual Larger Items As A Separate Procurement. The Expected Estimated Total Value Of The Procurement Is €280,000 During The Contract Period (Including Options) Without Vat. The Estimate Of The Total Value Without Vat For Sub-Area 1 Is Approximately €196,000, For Sub-Area 2 It Is €28,000, For Sub-Area 3 It Is €42,000 And For Sub-Area 4 It Is €14,000. The Aim Of The Actual Contract Period Is To Start On April 1, 2026 And Last Until March 31, 2027. In Addition, The Procurement Entity Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Period With Three One-Year Option Periods (1+1+1). The Procurement Unit Will Announce The Possible Use Of Options In A Separate Decision Before The End Of The Contract Period Or Possible Option Period.
