Sirdal Municipality (Builder) Needs More Dormitories Øyghedlar Elevheim. This Competition Is Structured So That It Is Possible To Enter Offers For Both The Hire And/Or Purchase Of Barracks For The Purpose. The Barracks Must Be Ready For Occupation On 10 July 2026. The Developer Will Be Responsible For The Foundation Work On The Site, So That The General Contractor Will Have An Available Area Of Approx. 10X20 Meters For The Dormitory Barracks Which It Is Assumed Must Be Built On Two Floors. The Barracks Will Have A Total Of 18 Bedrooms With Toilet, Shower, Desk Etc. As Well As Two Small Living Rooms/Lounges. After Submission Of Tenders, The Client Will Evaluate The Tenders, And Then Assess Whether They Wish To Rent Or Buy The Barrack Rigs.
