The Contract For The Assignment Is According To Ns8402 General Contract Provisions For Consultancy Assignments Remunerated According To Elapsed Time. An Architectural Competition Or Feasibility Study Shall Not Be Carried Out. Nor Are New Main Concepts To Be Developed, Based On The Illustrations Available Today. The Selected Consultant Must Further Develop And Project The Measures And Functions That Have Been Outlined Earlier, With Adjustments And Optimizations That Are Appropriate And Clarified In Collaboration With The Client In Order To Obtain A Comprehensive Solution.
