Note: Warranty Maintenance Refers To The Removal, At The Contractors Expense During The Warranty Period, Of All Damage And/Or Technical Inconsistencies, Respectively Replacement Of Defective Parts And/Or Components That Fall Within The Terms And Scope Of The Warranty, Within The Contractors Warranty Liability. The Delivery And Replacement Of The Consumables Related To The Current Service Of The Tractor During The Warranty Period Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Order.
