Construction Category: According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3 B) Of Zut And Art. 6, Para. 2 Of Ordinance No. 1/30.07.2003 For The Nomenclature Of Construction Types, The Object Is Third Category. The Construction Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With A Technical Investment Project Approved By The Municipality Of Stara Zagora In Parts: Architecture, Constructions, Parking And Landscaping, Electricity, Roads, Traffic Organization, Temporary Traffic Organization, Video Surveillance, Water Supply And Sewage - Automated Irrigation System And Sewage, Geodesy, Fire Safety, Safety And Health Plan And Construction Waste Management Plan. The Territory Intended For Development Is Divided Into Three Zones, Locked Between The Following Streets: Zone 1 - Tsar Simeon The Great Blvd., Ruski Blvd., Sveti Knyaz Boris St. And Tsar Ivan Shishman St.; Zone 2 - Tsar Simeon The Great Blvd., Tsar Ivan Shishman St., Sveti Knyaz Boris St. And Peter Parcevich St.; Zone 3 - Tsar Simeon The Great Blvd., Peter Parcevich St., Sveti Knyaz Boris St. And Kolio Ganchev St. The Renewal Of The Three Zones Makes It Possible To Improve The Overall Quality Of The Environment Locked Between The Two Parks. Along With The Renovations Of Tsar Simeon The Great Blvd. And St. Knyaz Boris St., And The Two Parks (City Garden And Alana), The Intervention Will Give This Part Of The City Center A Finished Look.
