The Current Public Procurement Has The Object Construction Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Para. 1 Item 1, B. B - Design And Execution Of Construction By Ppa. The Current Awarding Procedure Should Ensure The Selection Of A Contractor For Each Of The Individual Positions, Through Which A Complete, Complex Solution For The Implementation Of The Object Of The Public Procurement Can Be Achieved, Namely - Implementation Of Engineering: Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Multi-Family Residential Buildings On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Radomir Under The Procedure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Tackling Energy Poverty Bg16ffpr003-4.001. In Two Separate Positions, And For This Purpose The Following Range Of Activities Should Be Performed For Each Of The Separate Positions: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase And Implementation Of Author Supervision During Construction. Project Documentation Is Prepared In Full Compliance With All Relevant Legal Requirements And By Legally Competent Designers. The Design Team Of The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Authors Supervision During Construction On All Parts Of The Project According To Art. 162 Of The Zut. The Designer Of The Relevant Part Must Be Present At The Drawing Up Of All Acts And Protocols Requiring The Participation Of A Designer, Mandatory According To The Category Of Construction According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction. Implementation Of The Planned Construction Works, According To The Prepared Project Documentation. The Contractor Should Ensure Complete And Accurate Implementation In The Full Scope Of The Approved Investment Project, In Compliance With All Technological And Regulatory Requirements. The Warranty Terms For The Object Are According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003. For The Commissioning Of The Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And The Same Begin To Flow From The Date Of Issuance Of The Permit For The Use Of The Construction. The Eligible Activities That Should Be Foreseen And Performed Within The Scope Of Each Of The Contracts Under This Award Are The Activities For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures That Are Prescribed As Mandatory For Each Of The Buildings, According To The Energy Efficiency Survey. All Detailed Instructions For The Scope Of This Order For Each Of The Specific Positions (Types And Scope Of Assigned Activities), As Well As The Requirements For Implementation, Are Indicated In The Attached Technical Specification. It Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation And Is Mandatory For All Participants.
