Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Fuel For The Needs Of Cars Owned By The Municipality Of Sadovo

The Refueling Of Vehicles Of The Municipality Of Sadovo Will Be Done Through Cashless Payment Cards, Daily, At Gas Stations Of The Seller On The Territory Of The Operational Areas Of The Buyer, Located On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Sadovo, As Well As On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Seller Should Own At Least 2 Gas Stations Located On The Territory Of The Entire Municipality Of Sadovo, As Well As Others On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. Gas Stations May Be Owned, Rented Or Otherwise Used. The Seller Must Provide A List Of Gas Stations Equipped With Terminal Devices For Cashless Payment, With The Specified Address And Opening Hours. Issuance Of The Cards, Their Monthly Service, Replacement Of Lost/Damaged/New Cards Is At The Expense Of The Seller. The Refueling Of Cars Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Legal Documents For Carrying Out Such An Activity. The Seller Must Present /If He Is Not A Manufacturer/ A Valid Document Certifying The Existence Of A Contractual Relationship With A Manufacturer Or Wholesale Supplier Of Fuels - A Certified Photocopy; The Quantities For Purchase And Fueling Of The Motor Vehicles Are Indicative, For A Period Of 24 Months (Twenty-Four Months) From The Award. The Buyer Will Purchase The Goods, The Subject Of This Order, Depending On His Needs And Requirements. The Indicated Quantities Are Not Restrictive And Do Not Oblige The Buyer To Consume Them In Full.
