All Voyages Undertaken By The Barges Will Be “Minor Waters” Voyages To Vessel Safety Certificates Regulations And Home-Trade, Inland And Minor Waters Voyages Regulations, And Entirely Confined To The Area Around The St. Andrew’S Dam. Voyages Will Be Undertaken In Daylight Hours Only.
