Has Posted Or Will Be Posting Opportunities For This Project And To Provide Contact Information Over The Course Of The Pgacr Project. The Work Involves A Building Envelope That Has Failed And Requires Extensive Repair/Replacement. Additional Scope Items Include Hvac, Hydronic System Work, New Ddc Controls, Plumbing Fixtures, Interior Finishes, Millwork, Electrical (Including New Pad Mounted Transformer), Lighting, Pool Tank Tile Repair/Installation, And New Water Toys Installation.
