The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As An Engineer For Investment I Under The Name: Construction Of Land Access To The Deepwater Container Terminal In The External Port In Świnoujście. The Detailed Scope Of The Service Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Agreement, Which Constitute Appendices To The Swz. Order Completion Date Required By The Ordering Party: From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement To The Date Of Completion. The Term Of The Agreement Will Last 110 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement (Basic Period); However, If Before The Expiry Of This Period The Engineer Submits All Final/Final Payment Certificates For The Contracts And All Final Reports, The Completion Date Will Be The Date On Which The Employer Signs The Acceptance Protocol For The Last Required Final Report. The Maximum Contract Implementation Period When Exercising The Option Right Is 146 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Contractor To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Who Conduct Business Activities And Have Their Registered Office Or Place Of Residence In Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The Agreement On Government Procurement Of The World Trade Organization Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements; Nor That The Subcontractor Entrusted The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Further Subcontractors From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements; Nor That The Contractor Performs This Contract Using Supplies Or Services Originating From Third Countries Not Parties To International Agreements.
