Architectural Services For Buildings – Project Management Competition For The Construction Of The Conservation And Research Center In Lucs-Sur-Boulogne. The Operation Consists Of The Construction Of A Building Complex For Use As A Conservation And Research Center (Conservation Center For Museum Collections, Archaeological Conservation And Study Center, Preventive Archeology Unit), Near The Historial De La Vendée In The Commune Of Lucs-Sur-Boulogne. The Department Has Set The Objective Of This New Equipment To Accommodate In The Same Place, All Of The Museums Collections And Those Of The Departmental Archaeological Deposit, As Well As A Documentary Resources Center. It Will Also Accommodate Spaces Adapted To The Processing Chain Of Furniture From Excavations And Construction Site Equipment. At The Pre-Programming Stage, The Construction Of A Built Complex Of 9,000 M² Maximum Built Area Is Envisaged. The Envelope Reserved For The Work Is Estimated At The Pre-Program Stage At 24,400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax (Value December 2025). It May Evolve Marginally During The Finalization Of The Detailed Technical Program Which Will Be Transmitted To The Candidates Admitted To Compete. The Project Manager Will Be Entrusted With A Basic Mission With Complete Exe, Opc, Bim And Administrative Authorizations. Estimated Start Date Of Studies: September 2026
