Kitchen Equipment, Household And Domestic Items And Catering Supplies – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Coffee Machines Through Rental And Purchases Of Associated Products. The Contracting Authority Is Looking For A Strategic Partner For The Supply Of Coffee And Related Consumer Goods, But Also For The Provision Of Coffee Machines Via A Rental Formula. This Rental Formula Also Provides For The Maintenance Of The Relevant Equipment. Today, There Are Various Different Coffee Machines, Infusion Models And Thermoses Spread Across The Various Departments Of I-Mens Vzw (Many Offices, Large Facilities), Which Are Purchased Via A Rental Formula. Upon Completion Of The Current Agreement, All Devices Will Be Taken Back By The Current Supplier. These Must Be Replaced Via This Agreement. The Supply Of Consumer Goods Such As Coffee Beans, Coffee Pouch For Infusions, Sugar Milk, Etc. Will Also Be Part Of The Agreement. Finally, Today We Are Also Looking For A Specific Solution For Our Daycare Centers (Small Department With Only A Limited Number Of Employees) Where There Is Limited Coffee Consumption. Today, Coffee Is Made At These Locations Via A Senseo, With The Pads Being Purchased Through A Different Contract. It Is Our Wish To Also Find A Solution For These Daycare Centers Through This Framework Agreement So That They Also Become Part Of This Contract. Location Of The Services To Be Performed: Various Locations In Flanders And The Brussels-Capital Region
