Tenders Are Invited For Artificial And Natural Lighting Engineering Services For Buildings - Framework Agreement For Installing, Renewing, Maintaining, Removing, Storing And Renting Festive Lighting For The City Of Bruges And Sub-Municipalities For The Christmas Periods 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 And 2029-2030

Artificial And Natural Lighting Engineering Services For Buildings - Framework Agreement For Installing, Renewing, Maintaining, Removing, Storing And Renting Festive Lighting For The City Of Bruges And Sub-Municipalities For The Christmas Periods 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 And 2029-2030. The Assignment Starts With An Appointment For The Collection Of The Party Lighting And All Accessories Such As Tension Cables And Brackets (Owned By The City Of Bruges) And Their Storage With The New Contractor. The Assignment Ends When All This Is Transferred To The Possible New Contractor. Installation Of The Festive Lighting Is Planned For Each Christmas Period In November Of The Year, With Removal Of The Lighting In January Of The Following Year. In Concrete Terms, This Concerns The Following Periods: November 2026-January 2027 November 2027-January 2028 November 2028-January 2029 November 2029-January 2030 The Contract Is Interpreted As A Framework Contract, But The Contract Is Not Exclusive. The City Council Is Free To Appoint Other Suppliers Or Contractors To Carry Out Work On Festive Lighting Or Similar. The Decision Has Been Made To Focus On The Same Festive Lighting Throughout The Four Years.
