Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation Work – Renovation Of Town Hall With Cultural Center: Heating And Cooling Technology. 1.) Description Of Heating: Brine-Water Heat Pumps Are Provided To Heat The Building, Which Use A Geothermal Probe System In The Berliner Platz Area As An Energy Source. The Water Law Permit Is Available. The Exact Number And Length Of The Holes Results From Aix-O-Therms Design Planning. Gas Condensing Boilers Are Also Provided To Cover Peak Loads And Partially Redundant Supplies. The Central Technology (Heat Pumps, Storage And Expansion Vessels, Distributors, Etc.) Is Housed In A Large Heating And Cooling Center On The 2Nd Basement Below The Town Hall Area. The Condensing Boilers Have A Separate Room In This Area. The Theaters Thermal Supply Is Also Provided Via Central Technology And Only Receives Its Own Metering. Distributors With The Following Outlets Are Provided: - Heat Distributor 1: Town Hall Heating Blanket W / Town Hall Heating Blanket O - Heat Distributor 2: Dynamic Town Hall / Dynamic Theater / Static Town Hall / Static Theater - Free Cooling/Recooling Distributor: Use Of The Adiabatic Dry Cooler - Earth Probe Distributor: Operating Methods Or Use Of The Earth Probe System Heating/Cooling From The Distributors, The Riser Lines Are Connected Via Lines Under The Ceiling Of The Ug Opened Up. The Theater Is Connected Via The Connecting Corridor In The 1St Basement. The Outlets On The Distributor Have Balancing Valves. The Tier Branch Outlets Are Regulated With Differential Pressure Regulators. Consumption Is Counted Using Heat Meters In The Usage Units. The Offices Have Suspended Heating And Cooling Sails. The Foyer Receives Static Heating Surfaces. Freestanding Convectors Are Planned In The Council Chamber. Other Areas Are Supplied By Radiators. 2.) Description Of Cold: A Geothermal System Is Planned To Supply The Buildings With Cold. The Surface Cooling Systems Should Be Supplied As Far As Possible Without The Use Of Electrically/Mechanically Generated Cold Via The Geothermal Probe System. For Peak Loads Or If The Geothermal System Is Exhausted, The Heat Pumps Are Operated As Compression Refrigeration Machines And In This Case Use The Geothermal Probes As A Heat Sink If The Temperatures Or The Balance Of The Geothermal Probe Field Allow This. Alternatively, The Waste Heat Is Dissipated Via Adiabatic Dry Coolers On The Town Hall Roof. The Dry Coolers Positioned On The Roof Can Also Be Used As Free Coolers, For Night Cooling Or In Transitional Periods. Distributors With The Following Outlets Are Provided: - Cold Distributor 1: Dynamic Town Hall / Dynamic Theater - Cold Distributor 2: Cooling Ceiling Town Hall East / Cooling Ceiling Town Hall West The Cold Distribution Is Analogous To The Heat Distribution. The Underfloor Heating In The Council Chamber Is Also Used For Cooling. Circulating Air Coolers Are Provided For Technical Areas.
